Contracts

Contracts are normally on an annual basis, and depending on the user tier shorter terms may be possible.

Legal contract terms may be reviewed on the Customer Agreement page.  We may also consider signing a separate contract if term amendments are deemed necessary.

The Change Compass is different from other providers in that:

Fees

The licensing fee includes the bulk of the fees charged.  This includes onboarding, user support, and ongoing technical updates.  The only options that may incur additional fees include:

– Integrations with other systems, and SSO setup (single sign on)

 

Licensing

 Licensing is priced at a per user per month basis in USD.  Payment is made prior to access to the system and is normally made annually.  Other payment terms may be considered.  There is a minimum number of user depending on the user tier selected.

If a user leaves the organisation, another user may be assigned access without additional fees.

 

Integration

We integrate with a range of systems including such as project management systems and Google Sheets.

 

Onboarding & Support

 We have a structured onboarding process that that is tailored to your goals and organisational needs.  This includes:

– Field tailoring and customisation

– Role allocation and setup

– Initiative input and operating rhythm

– How to use charts and dashboards to make decision

– Change governance and reporting

We devise an ongoing account-based program to ensure you are achieving your goals in leveraging The Change Compass.

There is detailed user walkthrough guides, as well as in-app knowledge centre with resources such as knowledge articles, videos and infographic materials.

You also have the opportunity to join our user community where companies exchange ideas and share best practices.

 

Procurement process

 

Normally the procurement process involves the following:

– Present to various stakeholders as needed to secure funding

– Undergo IT security review process

– Undergo legal review process

– Undergo procurement process

– Create purchasing order, and process invoice

– Transfer payment

– Access to the system and onboarding
